About the Role

We’re hiring a Paid Ads Manager to own strategy and execution across Google, Meta, and Yelp Ads. In this hybrid role, you’ll work from our Basking Ridge office a few days a week, with flexibility to work remotely as well. You’ll manage end-to-end paid campaigns, optimize for lead generation, and play a critical role in driving growth for our clients.

You’ll collaborate closely with our Account Manager and creative partners to ensure campaigns are smart, effective, and aligned with client goals. This role is ideal for someone who’s hands-on, data-savvy, and excited to help build something from the ground up.

What You’ll Do

  • Plan, launch, and optimize paid media campaigns across Google Ads (Search, Display, Local Services), Meta Ads (Facebook/Instagram), and Yelp Ads
  • Write or collaborate on ad copy and creative direction for paid campaigns
  • Conduct keyword research, competitive analysis, and audience segmentation
  • Set up tracking and conversion goals using GA4, Google Tag Manager, and CallRail
  • Monitor performance daily and make real-time optimizations to improve lead quality and volume
  • Analyze results, create performance reports, and identify actionable insights
  • Partner with Account Manager to communicate performance and strategy to clients
  • Help build internal processes, playbooks, and testing frameworks for paid media

What We’re Looking For

  • 2–4 years of experience running paid media campaigns across Google and Meta Ads (Yelp Ads is a bonus)
  • Strong grasp of campaign structure, bidding strategies, and targeting best practices
  • Experience with local service-based businesses is a big plus (HVAC, plumbing, healthcare, dental, etc.)
  • Working knowledge of GA4, Tag Manager, and conversion tracking
  • Ability to translate data into decisions and performance improvements
  • Comfortable in a hybrid work environment—able to collaborate in person a few days a week
  • Proactive, organized, and excited to be part of a small, growing team
