About the Role
We’re looking for a client-obsessed, detail-oriented Account Manager to join our team. In this hybrid role, you’ll serve as the strategic lead and day-to-day point of contact for a portfolio of clients. You’ll collaborate with our media, creative, and technical teams to deliver campaigns that drive results—and make our clients feel taken care of every step of the way.
What You’ll Do
- Serve as the primary liaison between clients and internal teams, managing communication, timelines, and deliverables
- Build strong client relationships grounded in trust, transparency, and performance
- Lead recurring client calls and check-ins with clarity and confidence
- Create project briefs, track progress, and ensure on-time, on-budget delivery
- Monitor campaign performance and collaborate with media, SEO, and analytics teams to generate insights and recommendations
- Proactively identify opportunities for upsells, renewals, and strategic improvements
- Own reporting—gathering data, distilling insights, and presenting clear takeaways to clients
- Keep your finger on the pulse of each client’s goals, pain points, and growth trajectory
What We’re Looking For
- 3+ years of experience in account management, client services, or project management—agency experience preferred
- Familiarity with digital marketing tactics, including paid media, SEO, web design, and reporting tools (e.g., Google Ads, GA4, CallRail, BrightLocal)
- Excellent communication skills—both written and verbal
- Strong organizational and time management skills, with a knack for juggling multiple projects and priorities
- Comfortable working independently and collaboratively in a fast-paced environment
- A proactive, problem-solving mindset—you're someone who makes things happen
- Based in or near Basking Ridge, NJ, with the ability to work in-office 3 days per week
The total compensation for this salaried, non-exempt opportunity includes a base salary range of $75,000 to $85,000, the potential for bonuses, plus benefits. This is our target compensation range and is subject to multiple factors including role, level, and experience.
